Delivery
We arrange delivery through local providers at or near cost to keep the purchase process simple for customers without trucks.
You may request a drop location on site. If a delivery truck becomes stuck during unloading, the customer is responsible for recovery or towing.
IronCube is not liable for loss or damage due to late or delayed delivery. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, claims follow the delivering carrier’s process.
Site readiness
Ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle, a level placement area, and any required permits before the scheduled date.
Pricing
Delivery is quoted based on the distance from the nearest depot to your site. Enter your postcode or ZIP on any product page or at checkout for an all-in price including freight.
Receiving your container
Have someone on site to sign for delivery and confirm placement. The driver will position the container within reach of the truck; offloading beyond the truck’s reach may require a separate hiab or crane booking.
