Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment instructions are issued. Bank-transfer orders remain awaiting payment until funds are identified against your unique reference. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and stock released.
Product condition
Containers and accessories are sold to the grade described on the listing. Inspect on delivery and report transit damage promptly with photos. Grade definitions (new, one-trip, WWT, CW, as-is) are explained on the FAQ page.
Delivery
Delivery timing is an estimate. Access, weather, and carrier schedules can affect arrival dates. We will keep you informed of any delays and provide updated ETA windows as soon as the carrier confirms them.
Cancellations and returns
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once a container has left the depot, cancellation is subject to carrier recovery fees. Containers are non-returnable after delivery unless the grade received does not match the listing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IronCube’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery or product use.
